I felt warmly received and cared for!
The location was great. It was a safe and secure neighborhood for traveling solo. It was easy to find. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Before my arrival they booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel for me. It may cost a bit more than the public buses, but the ease for being met and going straight to the hotel was worth it to me. The room was quiet (no window), adequate bathroom, with air conditioning. I did not eat breakfast here, because I had booked a food tour that began with breakfast. The roof top terrace looked like a good place to begin the day. I also stored my bags here for the day, which was a good service to me.
I do not like rooms without windows, however I chose this because of the price and for a quieter room. Still, I wasn't prepared for the first impression of being in a room without natural light. This is not a fault of the hotel, only the reality of staying in a windowless room. I have to add that I did also stay in a more luxury hotel without a window once my other friends arrived. My thoughts were the same there, so again this is not a reflection on the hotel. It is only a word of caution to those who book rooms without windows.

Great value, one glitch.
Very good breakfast - lots of choices - enthusiastically greeted by Mimi the dog each morning. Mattress was on the hard side, but got used to it. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
One minor glitch: a smoke alarm battery went bad but wasn't replaced - so three nights of a faint but annoying beep every 30 seconds - ear plugs came in handy.

It was great to stay at your hotel with friendly staffs, convenient, perfect location and good price
The location is great, close to walking street and close to good restaurant.
In my point of view, one thing should be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast view is awesome but sometimes it was too hot. It is better with an AC or a big fan. The second thing is the servant did not smile. It is a little bit strange. We did not put the towels on the floor, but everyday, the cleaner changed the towels. It is very good but not necessary because it is not good for environment. :)
